Spiro T. Stratigos, Broker/Realtor (DRE Lic #01220864)

Spiro is a Marin County native. Raised in the hills of Sausalito by his parents Ted and Helen Stratigos, he is the youngest of three sons. He graduated from St. Hilary’s in Tiburon and Redwood High School in Larkspur. As a Realtor, Spiro continues a family tradition that spans three generations in real estate sales and management. Spiro has been distinguished by Frank Howard Allen as a top producer and praised by his clients who buy and sell.

Spiro also served as manager of Frank Howard Allen's Novato office for two years with great success before teaming with Kevin.

Spiro is married to Mary Kay, a Terra Linda native. They are current residents and a founding family of Hamilton's South Gate neighborhood. They keep very busy with their twins Niko and Sophia, born in 2004. Since moving to Hamilton, Spiro's favorite hobby is to ride his mountain bike in the "Hamilton Outback," as he likes to call the lands surrounding Hamilton.

Kevin McGinnis, Realtor (DRE Lic #01793143)

Kevin brings strong marketing skills to every listing. He has embraced technology in the marketing of homes, which is critical for success in today's environment where almost 90% of buyers begin their home search online. Kevin has also made it a point to adapt to the changing real estate market and he has expertise in handling the buying and selling sides of short sales and pre-foreclosures.

Kevin's goals as a Realtor are to distinguish himself as a highly knowledgeable real estate professional, to anticipate his clients' needs and exceed expectations, and to build trusted relationships. He works with my wife and licensed assistant, Erin and is a proud dad of three young children.

Erin McGinnis, Licensed Assistant, Trained Home Stager (DRE Lic #01796588)

Erin holds a real estate license and works as an assistant on Kevin and Spiro's real estate team. Erin stays on top of market activity and communicates with buyers about homes that hit the market or have price reductions. Erin also owns a home staging business, and she helps clients prepare their homes for sale.  Erin and Kevin have three young children, who like to say, "Daddy sells houses and mommy puts furniture in them."

Sharon Medley, Transaction Coordinator

Sharon is a highly organized escrow coordinator on whom we rely to facilitate smooth transactions. When it comes down to it, buying and selling houses involves a lot of paperwork. As soon as an offer is accepted on a house, there are all kinds of documents that need to go from here to there and sometimes back again. The city needs 'this,' the title company needs 'that' and the county needs yet something else. Sharon keeps it all straight and helps ensure everyone gets what they need - and on time.
