Priciest Novato Streets

Novato is one of the most affordable cities for housing in Marin County, and it wasn’t all that long ago that $2 million sales were rare, and $3 million and higher sales were unheard of.

But Novato prices have appreciated, and in 2022, there were 57 sales in the $2 million range (up from 46 sales in 2021). And consider this: In 2019, the year before the pandemic, there were just 9 sales north of $2 million.

What about $3 million sales? Last year, 4 sales topped $3 million (down from 9 sales in 2021).

Altogether, the $2 million-plus sales accounted for 13% of all Novato single-family home sales — the most EVER!
