He takes care of you and seems to absorb any negatives so you don't experience anything but positive outcomes.
Kevin is available! I don't remember a time when he didn't answer his phone! He was also always punctual, showing respect for the client's time. We were out of town for most of our selling experience and our yard required a lot of upkeep. Kevin came over twice a day to water and maintain our landscaping - really full-service!

The staging process is also emotional as you have to eliminate most of the personal touches that are integral to making your house your home. Erin handles the transition from "your home" to presenting a house that others will want to buy very professionally with good taste and sensitivity.
