From the beginning, the communication with Kevin and Erin was clear, direct and very responsive. Within days of starting the process, we had a “Game Plan” for getting the house staged and ready for sale. Their access to an array of professional contractors helped us get the house in perfect shape. Then, Erin came in and worked her magic to stage the house – and this couple did all the work of moving the furniture in, hanging pictures, and adding a ton of other tasteful design elements around the house. I have wanted to move for five years. I put it off since I did not want to deal with the selling process. I finally decided to bite the bullet and contacted Kevin and Erin. I was nervous about getting the house ready and hearing all that needed to be done to get it looking right. It is a very personal issue. Erin was great with staging and never made me feel my house was not done right. She worked with what I had and made it look perfect. I was worried about having open houses. We’d experienced with selling 3 homes in the past. Finding a right real estate broker to sell your home is not a simple or easy task. It became more difficult when a friend of ours at work, also be a part time realtor, offered to work with us for a reduced fee plus some “kick back”. However we decided to look for more options before “hiring” our realtor friend.
